Telecaller / Telesales Executive - HP Leads

SYSMANTECH is looking for 10 professional Telecallers / Telesales Executives to handle customer leads and enquiries generated for HP products.

This role is focused on lead follow-up, understanding customer requirements and converting enquiries into store visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with company-provided HP leads:
Understand customer requirements for laptops, desktops, printers and accessories
Explain suitable products, current offers, EMI, exchange and other purchase options
Convert enquiries into store visits and confirmed sales
Conduct timely follow-ups with interested customers
Update lead status and customer remarks accurately in CRM
Coordinate with HP World store sales teams for closing leads
Maintain professional communication with customers
Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets




Previous experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales or Lead Conversion preferred
Robust Malayalam communication skills
Good English communication
Tamil/Hindi communication will be an added advantage
Confident in speaking with customers over phone
Positive follow-up and convincing skills
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Sales and target-oriented attitude
Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Incentive
₹20,000 per month fixed salary
₹25,000 per month on target achievement
