factoHR is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Marketer to join our growing marketing team. If you have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and graphic designing tools like Canva, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging graphics, creatives, videos, and social media content using Canva
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign planning and content ideas
Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community interactions
Monitor social media trends and identify new growth opportunities
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
Optimize strategies based on insights and performance data

Required Skills:




Proven experience in Social Media Marketing or similar role
Robust Canva and graphic designing skills
Valuable understanding of social media platforms and current trends
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to design and aesthetics
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field preferred
Relevant experience in social media marketing will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
