This role is designed for a sector-focused Project Lead with expertise in Global Utilities & Renewables. The individual will combine consulting problem-solving with domain-led insight to support global case teams, develop high-impact client solutions, and help build differentiated products and capabilities for Bain’s Utilities & Renewables Practice.

What You’ll Do
Lead workstreams and oversee delivery for Utilities & Renewables client case work, client account development, and proposal support, in line with BCN’s role in supporting Bain case teams globally.
Translate client situations into explicit analytical approaches, identify key issues, and help drive practical, actionable recommendations.
