Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Service
Provide exceptional customer service and personalized fragrance recommendations.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Promote recent arrivals and special offers.
Staff Management
Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
Motivate the team to meet sales goals.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor stock levels and order perfumes when needed.
Manage stock rotation and prevent losses.
Conduct regular inventory checks.
Ensure proper storage of fragrances.
Store Operations
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure proper display of perfume brands and testers.
Manage cash handling and daily sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Marketing & Promotions
Plan and implement promotional campaigns.




Coordinate with suppliers and brand representatives.
Organize in-store events or seasonal promotions.
Financial Management
Monitor expenses and control store budget.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales trends and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in retail management (preferably perfumes or cosmetics).
Robust sales and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of fragrance types and brands.
Leadership and team management ability.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, reporting tools).

Must have 5 years of min experience in Relevent field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
