We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to ensure an exceptional customer experience by building strong relationships, handling customer queries, and maintaining excellent service standards within the showroom.

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in customer relationship management or retail is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them with their shopping experience.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.




Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service.
Promote ongoing schemes and offers to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain and analyze customer databases.
Coordinate home delivery services and ensure smooth operations.
Collect customer feedback and help improve service quality.
Coordinate with merchandising teams regarding customer preferences and current product requirements.
