Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor earthwork, excavation, foundations, RCC works, masonry, finishing, roads, drainage, and related civil works.
Ensure quality control through inspections, testing, and compliance with QA/QC procedures.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs), work schedules, and material requirement plans.
Verify line, level, alignment, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and curing activities.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Workplace (HSE) standards at the site.
Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
Resolve technical issues and support project planning and execution teams.
Maintain project documentation, measurements, and billing records.

Required Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.




Knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality standards.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
