Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
Manage customer queries and provide proper product guidance
Follow up with leads from website, Instagram, and ads
Convert inquiries into successful sales
Maintain customer relationships and support after-sales communication
Coordinate with the team for orders and updates
Maintain records of customer conversations and leads
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Hindi & English
Confident in calling and customer handling
Basic knowledge of sales and lead conversion
Friendly, positive, and skilled attitude
Experience in customer support or sales is a plus
Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge
