Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

- Write and test ad copy, headlines, and creative briefs in coordination with the design team

- Monitor daily performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and optimise budgets, bids, and targeting

- A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates

- Track conversions via Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4

- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations

- Manage ad budgets responsibly and flag any changes for approval before implementation

- Stay current with platform updates, ad policies, and industry best practices





Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager

- Robust analytical skills — comfortable reading data and translating it into action

- Basic understanding of landing pages, conversion tracking, and funnels

- Good written English for ad copy and client-facing reporting

- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification is a plus (not mandatory)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
