We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Site Engineer / Site In-Charge to manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at our project site.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, consultants, and client representatives.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
- Monitor manpower, material requirements, and work progress.
- Check quality of construction work and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Coordinate with the planning and project management team for timely completion of activities.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for their timely resolution.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.




- Monitor safety practices and ensure safe working conditions at site.
- Verify measurements and assist in preparation of RA bills and quantity statements.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, instructions, measurements, and site activities.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in building construction and site execution.
- Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, waterproofing, flooring, and other civil works.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Positive knowledge of quantity estimation and site measurements.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle site activities and labour teams.

Experience 2–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
