Preferred Skills

- Work experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
- Experience supporting production setting, Cloud Operations.
- Experience in Azure Administration and Azure DevOps CI-CD, Kubernetes
- Understanding micro-services architecture and its functioning.
- Hands on Cloud auto scaling, availability group and queuing
- Knowledge of Network connectivity such as site to site, direct connect, VPN connection.
- Experience in ITIL Processes (at minimum - Change Management, Incident Management, Release Management, Asset Management)
- Nice to have - Azure Fundamental Certification
- AWS, Azure, OCI or GCP certifications added advantage.
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Cloud Engineer.




- Understand and use monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus or similar.
- Excellent logical/analytical, problem-solving skills and a good Team player. Should be able to work in a team as well as an individual contributor.
- Should be willing to work in shifts when required.
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and pro-active attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
