SSID - Shruti Sodhi Interior Designs is looking for an experienced, driven, and well-connected Sales Head to lead sales for The Marquis Manor, our luxury furniture and bespoke interiors brand.

The Marquis Manor specialises in bespoke, limited-edition and luxury furniture, offering premium furniture and interior solutions to discerning homeowners, HNI/UHNI clients, architects, interior designers, hospitality brands, developers, and other premium clientele.

We are looking for a sales leader who understands the luxury furniture and interiors market, has solid client relationships, can generate high-quality business opportunities, and has a proven ability to close high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall sales function for The Marquis Manor and drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Generate qualified leads through HNI/UHNI networks, architects, interior designers, real estate developers, hospitality businesses, referrals, channel partners, exhibitions, and business relationships.




Build and maintain robust relationships with premium clients, architects, designers, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Handle high-value clients personally and lead the complete sales journey from lead generation to closure and repeat business.
Welcome and engage clients visiting The Marquis Manor Experience Centre, delivering a highly personalised luxury retail experience.
Understand client requirements, lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, project budgets, and timelines to recommend appropriate furniture and interior solutions.
Present and sell bespoke furniture, limited-edition collections, décor and interior solutions with solid product knowledge and storytelling.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, design discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, product presentations, and commercial offers.
