Job Description - Delivery Operations Executive

Role: Delivery Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor daily delivery operations.
Assign deliveries to delivery executives and ensure timely completion.
Track delivery status and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
Maintain delivery records, reports, and documentation.
Handle customer queries and ensure smooth delivery services.
Monitor delivery performance and support the team in achieving targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of logistics and delivery operations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
Prior experience in logistics/delivery operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
