n Compensation: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month + performance incentives + ESOPs (vesting)

n You are the voice of Platestory to every customer. You'll understand what each celebration needs, present our work in a way that makes people fall in love with it, and close with warmth and professionalism — across three cities and growing.

n What You'll Do

Engage customers across every channel — calls, WhatsApp,



Instagram, email — to understand the occasion and recommend the right creationn
Own inbound inquiries end to end, with quick, polished, on-brand responsesn
Build outbound and B2B pipeline — corporate gifting, bulk orders, recurring accounts — for predictable growth beyond walk-in demandn
Know the full product range and pricing coldn
Keep the CRM immaculate — every lead and interaction loggedn
Hit and beat monthly targets across citiesn
Drive customer delight that turns into five-star reviews, referrals, and repeat ordersn
Take part in sales training and help organize promotional eventsn

nWhat You Bring

Languages: Telugu, Tamil, and English — all three required, since you'll be selling across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Coimbatore. Hindi is a welcome bonus.n
0–2 years of sales experience; retail, hospitality, or food-service background is a plus. Sharp freshers with genuine hustle a
