Role Overview
nWe are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager with prior experience selling technology-led solutions to banks, fintechs, NBFCs, or large enterprise brands. This is not a generic sales role.
nThe ideal candidate should understand consultative/platform sales and should be comfortable selling engagement ecosystems, loyalty platforms, gamification engines, rewards infrastructure, or CRM/marketing technology solutions to senior stakeholders in BFSI organizations.
nThe role will focus on driving growth for BigCity’s BFSI solutions portfolio including FinEngage — our always-on customer engagement and rewards platform.
n Key Responsibilities

Drive recent business acquisition across Banks, Fintechs, and Financial Services brandsn
Sell BigCity’s technology-led engagement, loyalty, and rewards solutionsn
Build and manage a robust enterprise sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and networkingn
Engage with key stakeholders across marketing, digital, product, and customer engagement functionsn




Understand client business challenges and position relevant platform-led solutionsn
Deliver impactful sales presentations and solution pitchesn
Work closely with internal teams to build customized proposals and commercial solutionsn
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closuren
Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities within accountsn

n Required Experience & Skills

4–6 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales/business developmentn
Prior experience selling tech solutions/platforms/SaaS/engagement or loyalty solutions to banks, fintechs, or enterprise brandsn
Strong understanding of BFSI ecosystem and enterprise buying behaviourn
Experience in consultative or solution-led sellingn
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsn
Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makersn
