About the RoleRedandBlue Applied Innovations Private Limited is looking for a highly organized, trustworthy and versatile Finance & Business Operations Executive for our Hyderabad office.
This is not a conventional accounting position. The role combines three key areas — Finance & Accounting, Executive Assistance to the Managing Director, and Front Office & Business Operations.
We are looking for someone who is solid with numbers and accounting, but also enjoys organizing, communicating with people, working with technology and taking broader ownership.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinance, Accounting & Compliance
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts using OfficeGx ERP
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries
Perform bank reconciliations
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Track customer collections and vendor payments
Maintain General Ledger and supporting accounting records
Process monthly payroll
Handle/coordinate GST, TDS, Qualified Tax, EPF and ESI compliances
Process monthly TDS payments and quarterly TDS returns
Coordinate GST returns and reconciliations
Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and financial documentation
Maintain Fixed Asset Register
Prepare periodic financial and management reports
Keep books and supporting records audit-ready throughout the year
Coordinate with the Company's Chartered Accountant and auditors
Maintain statutory compliance calendar and ensure deadlines are met
Executive Assistance to the Managing Director
Manage the Managing Director's calendar and appointments
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
Manage reminders, deadlines and follow-ups
Coordinate meeting logistics and documentation
Maintain and follow up on action items
Assist with correspondence and document organization
Coordinate business travel and related arrangements
Coordinate with employees, customers, vendors and other stakeholders when required
