Deliver accurate, feasible designs and technical solutions that meet customer requirements, support project acquisition, and ensure seamless subsystem integration.

Post-tender activities

Review and approve drawings & documents, incorporate scope changes, optimize costing. customizations as per customer specs

Project execution and completion of projects

Coordinate with stakeholders,



vendors, and inspection agencies to ensure timely procurement, release final documentation for manufacturing and support site activities until project closure.

Supplier Management

Collaborate with Supplier for ontime delivery and optimized cost inline with approved specs .

Collaboration with After market

Ensure successful completion of commissioning and performance guarantee test, inline with customer timelines

Provide technical inputs for pre-tender and pre-sales activities

Understand customer requirements (tender, drawings and documentation) and provide technical inputs to the sales team in a cost effective way to win the order.

Post-tender activities

Review, Finalize and obtain approvals for drawings and documents in line with the requirement. Analyse quotes from various vendors and ensure profit margins are maintained inline with the project costing

Project execution and completion of projects

Release of final drawings and data sheets to Planning for manufacturing. Co-ordinate with inspection agencies for inspection of finished products and obtain clearances for dispatch.

Supplier Management

Evaluate recent vendors, assess for technical capability and handhold the materials team to select the right vendor

Collaboration with After market

Collaborate with after market team for smooth handover - commissioning and performance guarantee test, inline with customer timelines
