Preferred Experience: 5 years of overall accounting experience, preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate/Construction Industry.

Key Responsibilities & Required Experience:

1️⃣ Accounting & ERP• Solid working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Word & Excel.• Experience in maintaining books of accounts and handling project-wise accounting.• Preparation of accounting entries, ledgers, trial balance and financial data.

2️⃣ GST Compliance• Hands-on experience in GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B preparation and filing.• ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B.• Preparation of e-Invoices & E-Way Bills.

3️⃣ TDS Compliance• Knowledge of TDS calculation, deduction and timely payment.• Preparation and filing of applicable TDS returns, including Form 24Q & 26Q or Form 138 & 140.• Reconciliation of TDS with Form 26AS/ AIS for Form-168 and relevant tax records.• Handling TDS-related accounting and compliance requirements.

4️⃣ Project Accounting – Real Estate / Construction• Experience in maintaining project-wise accounts and expenses.• Accounting for Construction WIP,



Material at Site and Project/Land Cost.• Accounting and verification of contractor bills, RA bills and project expenses.

5️⃣ Vendor, Contractor & Customer Accounting• Processing and accounting of purchase bills, contractor bills and RA bills.• Accounting of sales/booking entries and customer advances.• Accounting and reconciliation of retention money, advances and statutory/project-related deductions.• Handling Debit Notes, Credit Notes and vendor ledger reconciliation.• Reconciliation and follow-up of outstanding vendor, contractor and customer balances.

6️⃣ Banking• Processing payments to vendors and contractors.• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).• Accounting and reconciliation of OD/CC accounts and loan accounts.• Handling bank-related documentation and coordination with banks.

7️⃣ MIS & Management Reporting• Preparation of Receivables & Payables Ageing Reports.• Preparation of periodic MIS reports for management review.• Providing project-wise financial information as required by management.
