Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to independently manage and oversee the complete accounts function. The candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing/trading accounts with hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, MIS, financial reporting, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and review the accounts team's work.
- Review bank statements, reconciliations, payments, and invoice discrepancies.
- Monitor AR ageing, collections, and overdue debtors.
- Ensure timely GST and TDS compliance.
- Prepare daily cash position and management reports.
- Manage weekly payment schedules and petty cash.
- Handle month-end closing and ensure all accounts are reconciled on time.
- Review P&L;, Balance Sheet, and monthly MIS with management.




- Coordinate with CA for GST returns and statutory requirements.
- Review and approve payroll before disbursement.
- Prepare commission calculations based on collections.
- Guide and monitor the accounts team for accuracy and timely completion.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/trading accounts.
- Advanced knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF & ESI.
- Robust experience in MIS and financial analysis.
- Good knowledge of bank reconciliation, AR ageing, and month-end closing.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently manage the accounts function.

Preferred Candidate Candidates who can independently handle end-to-end accounts operations and have strong hands-on experience in manufacturing/trading companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹41,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
