Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Architect / Senior Technical Lead with robust experience in full-stack development, cloud-native applications, APIs, data platforms, and distributed systems.

The candidate should be able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, make architecture decisions, guide engineering teams, and remain hands-on through implementation and production.

Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end application, API, integration, data, and cloud architectures.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
Guide engineering teams and review code/designs.
Evaluate technologies and architecture trade-offs.
Support cloud deployment, performance, security, and production readiness.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and mentor developers.
Build POCs/prototypes where required.





Required Skills

Full Stack
JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js
Angular or React. JS or similar modern frontend framework
REST APIs; exposure to GraphQL/WebSockets
Microservices / modular monoliths
Caching and asynchronous processing

Backend
Python; FastAPI preferred
API development, async programming, testing and performance optimization

Cloud & Distributed Systems
Robust Azure or AWS experience
Cloud-native services, API Management/API Gateway, messaging and storage
SQL/NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB
Redis, event-driven architecture, scaling, retries, idempotency and resiliency

DevOps & Security
Docker; Kubernetes preferred
CI/CD, monitoring, logging and observability
OAuth/OIDC, JWT, RBAC, IAM, secrets management and OWASP principles

GenAI – Advantage (Preferred)
Azure OpenAI / OpenAI or equivalent
RAG, embeddings, vector se
