About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic professionals with hands-on experience in sports league ecosystems—from operations and franchise management to sponsorships and fan engagement. This role is ideal for individuals who understand how up-to-date sports leagues function and can translate that knowledge into strategic execution and compelling case-led insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize league operations, including coordination with franchises, governing bodies, and stakeholders
- Drive franchise-level strategy across revenue, branding, and team operations
- Develop and execute sponsorship strategies, including partner acquisition and activation
- Lead fan engagement initiatives across digital, on-ground, and media platforms
- Contribute to player management processes including auctions, contracts, and performance tracking
- Build and present case studies on successful teams and leagues (e.g., franchise growth, monetization strategies, fan base expansion)
- Analyze and improve league revenue streams including media rights, ticketing,



merchandising, and sponsorships
- Support league expansion strategies and market development initiatives

Preferred Background:

- Experience with organizations such as Board of Control for Cricket in India, Delhi Capitals, Indian Premier League, Women's Premier League, Indian Super League, I-League, Pro Kabaddi League, Premier Badminton League, JSW Sports, or Dream11
- Strong understanding of sports league structures and monetization models
- Experience in sports marketing, sponsorships, or team/franchise management
- Exposure to fan engagement strategies and digital sports ecosystems
