Active Champs is looking for energetic, enthusiastic and responsible Sports Coaches to conduct fun, engaging and age-appropriate multi-sport sessions for children aged 3–8 years.

Our programme focuses on developing children's fundamental movement skills, sports skills, coordination, balance, agility, confidence and teamwork through structured and enjoyable physical activities.

We are looking for both Junior and Senior Coaches.

Junior Coach A positive opportunity for college-going students, sportspersons or beginners with a strong sporting background who are interested in developing their skills as a children's sports coach.

Previous coaching experience is helpful but not essential for the right candidate. Energy, reliability, punctuality and the ability to work comfortably with young children are important.

Senior Coach For candidates with stronger sports or coaching experience who can independently conduct sessions, manage groups of children, maintain session quality and discipline, and support and mentor junior coaches.

Additional responsibilities may be offered to senior candidates based on their experience and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging multi-sport sessions for children aged 3–8 years
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate sports and physical activities
- Develop children's movement, coordination, balance, agility and sports skills
- Create a fun,



positive and safe environment for children
- Manage groups confidently and maintain discipline during sessions
- Ensure quality and consistency of coaching
- Work closely with other coaches and support the coaching team
- Senior coaches may mentor junior coaches and take greater responsibility for sessions
- Opportunities for birthday events and other sports-related activities may be available

Who We're Looking For

- Good sporting background / sports experience
- Sports, Physical Education, Fitness or Coaching background preferred
- Competitive sportspersons are welcome
- Candidates from Athletics, Gymnastics, Yoga and other sporting disciplines are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, responsible and punctual
- Comfortable and confident working with young children
- Willingness to learn and develop as a coach

Location: Ahmedabad – Satellite & Thaltej Working Hours: Primarily 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Commitment: 4–5 evenings per week

Compensation: ₹400–₹800 per working day depending on experience, coaching ability and responsibilities.
