Paramaardha Technologies is looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of experience who is also open to contributing to business operations and other startup activities when required.

We are building Paramaardha, a digital platform focused on Sanātana Dharma and spirituality. We are looking for someone who connects with our mission, takes ownership, and is interested in growing with an early-stage startup.

?️ Must-Have Technical Skills

- React + TypeScript + REST APIs — ability to understand, debug and fix existing code
- Node.js / Express, JWT, webhooks and async issue debugging
- PostgreSQL — joins, transactions, indexes, pg_dump and query-performance troubleshooting
- Linux VM — SSH, systemd, disk issues, nginx/Traefik, Docker restart and rollback
- Payment integrations such as Razorpay — signature verification, idempotent webhooks and refunds
- Strong production debugging skills — logs, 5xx errors, CORS, workplace mismatch and staging-vs-production issues

? Important Role Requirement

This role will also involve interaction with Spiritual Experts, Pandits, Institutions and Devotees/Seekers.
