Role Description The Speech Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Speech

Therapist will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children, and design individualized treatment plans aligned with the centre’s behavioral and developmental goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting interventions based on measurable goals. The role involves close collaboration with behavior therapists, psychologists,



and families to ensure integrated care, including parent guidance on home-based communication strategies.

The Speech

Therapist will also participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, maintain ethical and professional standards, and contribute to ongoing program development for children with neurodevelopmental and emotional challenges.

Qualifications

- Competence in core Speech Therapy practices, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for diverse speech-related concerns.
- Strong knowledge of Speech and Communication Disorders, with the ability to identify and manage articulation, fluency, and voice issues.
- Experience working with Language Disorders, including receptive and expressive language delays in children and adolescents.
- Ability to assess and manage Dysphagia and related feeding/swallowing difficulties in pediatric populations, where applicable.
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech and Hearing (Bachelor’s or Master’s), with relevant professional registration or licensure as required.
- Experience working in pediatric, neurodevelopmental, or behavior therapy settings, preferably with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental delays.
- Strong observational, documentation, and analytical skills, with a focus on measurable progress and evidence-based practice.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and to guide and support parents and caregivers.
- Commitment to ethical practice, child-centered care, and continuous professional development.
