nFlourish by Gunjan Jain is India's demi-fine jewellery brand, known for rare gemstones, intricate craftsmanship, and global design at a price point that makes exceptional jewellery accessible. As we relaunch the brand and expand into current markets, we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive showroom sales and brand visibility from the ground up.

n Role
nFull-time, in office — Kolkata Showroom
nCompensation: ₹35,000/month base + performance commission on showroom sales
nYou'll be the face of the brand in Kolkata — converting walk-ins and marketing-driven leads into sales, building lasting client relationships, and running the marketing efforts that bring customers through the door. This is a hands-on, revenue-owning role central to the brand's relaunch.

n What you'll do
n Sales & Client Relationships

Handle in-showroom customer interactions — understand client needs, guide them through the collection, and close salesn




Coordinate with customers pre- and post-purchase: follow-ups, order status, styling advice, and after-sales servicen
Build and maintain a client relationship pipeline — repeat buyers, referrals, and high-value clientsn
Coordinate with walk-in and online leads generated through marketing campaigns, ensuring timely follow-up and conversionn
Maintain customer records and track sales performance against targetsn
Liaise with vendors and collaborators on deals, stock, and showroom needsn

n Marketing

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, supporting the brand relaunchn
Run performance marketing and manage influencer partnerships and collaborationsn
Write and produce marketing content and creative materialsn
Track campaign performance and refine strategy based on resultsn
