Company Description NURA – Sustained Health with Active-AI Screening is a collaboration between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare, combining advanced AI-enabled imaging with expert clinical care. Role Description This is a full-time, in office Optometrist role based at the NURA center in Kozhikode (Calicut). The Optometrist will conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction, visual acuity testing, and assessment of binocular vision and ocular health. Responsibilities include accurately prescribing corrective lenses, counseling clients on eye care and visual hygiene,



and collaborating with physicians and other clinical staff to support diagnosis and follow-up of eye-related conditions. The role also involves maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards, and contributing to patient education and awareness programs related to preventive eye health. The Optometrist will support the integration of AI-enabled screening tools into daily practice and participate in continuous quality improvement activities.
Qualifications

Recognized degree or diploma in Optometry from an accredited institution; valid registration or license as required by local regulations.
Proficiency in comprehensive eye examination techniques, including refraction, use of diagnostic equipment (e.g., autorefractor, slit lamp), and basic ocular health assessment.
Strong patient-facing skills, including clear communication, counseling,
