Company Description Project SOLT is a fractional HR and Operations consultancy supporting fashion businesses and emerging brands as they scale. We partner with founders to build effective systems across hiring, people, HR processes, and day-to-day operations. Our versatile, hands-on approach provides tailored expertise without the need for a full time HR function, helping growing businesses build structure while staying agile.
The Project Coordinator will be the operational backbone of the ARQÉ team, managing day-to-day admin, coordinating between designers, and supporting the founders in planning and execution.

Support sourcing of materials, vendors, and resources as required by the design team.
• Maintain trackers and documentation for ongoing projects and exhibitions.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; prior experience in an admin, coordination, or project support role preferred.
• 6 months – 1 year of experience
• Comfortable working from the Dadar studio, full time.
~ Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
