- Assess student needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to diverse learning abilities.

- Provide specialized instruction and modify curriculum to support academic, behavioral, and social development.

- Implement behavior management strategies and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.

- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support student progress and adjust interventions.

- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and compliance with special education guidelines.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.

- Valid teaching license/certification in special education (as required by region).

- Knowledge of learning disabilities, developmental disorders, and inclusive teaching strategies.

- Ability to design and implement IEPs and individualized interventions.

- Solid communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
