Role Description The Spa Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at IOSIS centers in Mumbai. This role involves delivering professional spa and wellness services such as massages, facials, and body treatments in line with IOSIS protocols and hygiene standards.

The Spa

Specialist will consult with guests to understand their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and provide a relaxing, protected, and high-quality experience. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness and equipment, managing appointment schedules, and promoting IOSIS services and products when appropriate.



The role also requires close collaboration with the wider spa team to ensure seamless operations and an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and create a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests.
- Candidates should possess Cosmetology and Skin Care knowledge to perform treatments safely, identify basic skin concerns, and recommend suitable services and home-care products.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in Facials and related spa therapies, with the ability to follow treatment protocols and adapt techniques to individual client needs.
- Candidates should possess Sales and upselling abilities to responsibly promote spa packages, membership programs, and retail products aligned with guest needs and wellness goals.
- Relevant certifications or diplomas in cosmetology, spa therapy, or wellness from a recognized institution are preferred.
- Prior experience working in a spa, salon, or wellness center is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per spa operational requirements.
- Professional grooming, punctuality, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards are essential.
