Role Description The Sourcing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City. The role involves identifying and evaluating commercial properties that fit client requirements, maintaining updated listings, and coordinating property visits.

The Sourcing

Specialist will liaise with property owners, developers, and internal teams to gather accurate information, negotiate preliminary terms, and support the preparation of proposals. Day-to-day activities include market research on commercial spaces, tracking new developments,



managing databases of available properties, and supporting the consulting team in closing leasing and sales transactions. The role also includes regular communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely updates and high-quality service delivery.
