Role Description The Sourcing Specialist will work full time on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, identifying and evaluating real estate opportunities that align with client and firm strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching properties and market trends, maintaining databases of potential opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to assess feasibility and fit.

The role involves engaging with developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather information, support preliminary negotiations, and ensure timely flow of documentation.

The Sourcing

Specialist will prepare summaries and reports for leadership,



contribute to procurement and vendor selection processes, and support contract discussions under guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess market data, compare property options, and support investment decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Procurement skills to support deal discussions, evaluate terms, and manage vendor relationships.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting-related skills when needed to help identify and coordinate with external partners, brokers, and service providers.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field, and prior experience in real estate, sourcing, or procurement.
- Additional beneficial skills include proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM tools, attention to detail, ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, and a collaborative, ethical approach to decision-making.
