- Identify, evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers, growers and exporters of agricultural commodities (pulses, grains, oilseeds, spices and related products) across target sourcing countries.

- Tracking the market dynamics, prices of the agricultural commodities on daily basis and update to the management.

- Negotiate pricing, quality specifications, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms for the company.

- Monitor global and regional agricultural commodity markets, tracking price trends, seasonal availability, crop conditions and supply-demand dynamics to inform sourcing decisions.

- Coordinate with the logistics and documentation team to ensure timely shipment, customs clearance and delivery of sourced commodities, in line with agreed Incoterms.

- Conduct supplier due diligence, including verification of quality certifications, export licenses, and compliance with phytosanitary and other regulatory requirements.

- Prepare and review purchase contracts, letters of intent, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of commodity specifications, quantities, pricing and payment terms.





- Liaise with quality control teams or third-party inspection agencies to arrange pre-shipment inspection and quality verification at origin.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers to secure priority access to quality stock, especially during periods of tight supply.

- Manage sourcing budgets and cost targets, working closely with finance to ensure margins are protected across each transaction.

- Identify new sourcing origins, commodities and supplier partnerships to support the company's growth and diversification strategy.

- Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, pricing history, and contract terms for reporting and future negotiation leverage.

- Coordinate with the sales team to align sourcing plans with confirmed buyer orders and anticipated demand.

- Travel to origin markets as required to inspect facilities, meet suppliers, and assess current sourcing opportunities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
