We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to support shipment scanning, segregation, loading, unloading, and quality control activities. The role involves ensuring accurate shipment movement, real-time system updates, proper sorting, and adherence to warehouse safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities Shipment Scanning & Data Input:

Use handheld scanners or terminals to scan barcodes and QR codes.

Enter shipment details accurately into the system.

Ensure real-time shipment tracking through accurate scanning and data input.

Identify and report scanning or system-related discrepancies.

Shipment Segregation Sort shipments accurately into designated bins, bags, and route zones.

Segregate shipments based on First Mile pick-up and Last Mile delivery pincodes.

Ensure correctly sorted shipments are moved to the appropriate locations.

Maintain accuracy during high-volume shipment processing.

Loading & Unloading Assist in unloading inbound feeder trucks and vans.

Support the efficient and safe loading of outbound delivery vehicles.

Handle shipments carefully to prevent damage or loss.

Follow proper loading and unloading procedures.





Quality & Safety Adherence Identify damaged parcels and shipments with missing or incorrect labels.

Assist in bagging and sealing sorted packages.

Ensure shipments are properly prepared for onward movement.

Follow warehouse safety standards and operational procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and an organized work workplace.

Job Requirements Operational Skills

Basic understanding of warehouse and shipment handling operations.

Ability to accurately scan and sort shipments.

Ability to follow route zones and delivery pincodes.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Physical Requirements Ability to assist with loading and unloading activities.

Comfortable handling and moving shipments as required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
