We are seeking an experienced Lead Sapiens Solution Architect with solid expertise in Insurance Technology, Sapiens products, business consulting, solution architecture, and large-scale transformation programs.

Required Skills

- 12-18 years of experience in Insurance Technology
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sapiens CoreSuite, IDIT, TIA, DataSuite, Digital Suite, Decision Management, or Reinsurance Solutions
- Deep expertise in Life & Annuities (L&A;) or Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance
- Policy Administration, Claims Management, Underwriting
- Billing & Collections, Customer Servicing
- Business Architecture & Functional Architecture
- Requirements Engineering & Process Transformation
- RFP/RFI Response Management
- Solution Design, Estimation & Costing
- Executive Stakeholder Management
- Large Insurance Transformation Programs





Key Responsibilities

- Lead client discovery workshops and advisory engagements
- Define target business architecture and solution approach
- Drive RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and estimation activities
- Perform business process analysis and gap assessments
- Design end-to-end insurance business processes and workflows
- Lead functional streams during implementation programs
- Manage requirements, solution design, UAT, and change management activities
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and business leaders
- Mentor Business Analysts and Functional Consultants
- Contribute to practice development, accelerators, and best practices
