Role:- Solution Architect- Lending/LOS/LMS

Role Purpose The Lead Solution Architect will be responsible for defining, governing, and driving the end-to-end technology architecture for strategic lending and digital transformation initiatives. The role will ensure seamless integration across Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), Digital Channels, Core Banking Systems, Document Management Platforms, Enterprise Services, and third-party ecosystems.

The architect will act as the technology leader bridging Business, Product, Technology, Security, Infrastructure, Vendors, and Delivery Teams to build scalable, secure, resilient, and future-ready solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design

- Define and govern end-to-end application and integration architecture for lending and digital banking platforms.
- Develop target-state architecture for modernization initiatives involving LOS, LMS, CBS, DMS, Middleware, Customer Onboarding Platforms, CRM, and Enterprise Services.
- Own application architecture across lending, onboarding, servicing, collections, and customer lifecycle platforms.
- Prepare solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, sequence flows, deployment architecture, and integration designs.
- Evaluate technology options and recommend architecture patterns aligned with enterprise standards and long-term business objectives.
- Establish eusable architecture frameworks, design standards, and implementation guidelines.

Lending Domain Transformation

- Drive architecture design for Retail Lending, MSME Lending,



Microfinance, JLG, Individual Lending, Business Loans, Housing Loans, and other lending products.
- Define target operating architecture for customer onboarding, underwriting, credit decisioning, sanction, documentation, disbursement, servicing, and collections.
- Lead legacy modernization and migration initiatives from monolithic applications to API-driven, service-oriented architectures.
- Define interoperability strategy between LOS, LMS, CRM, DMS, Collections, Analytics, Reporting, and Enterprise Data Platforms.
- Support digital lending initiatives aligned with customer experience, straight-through processing (STP), and operational efficiency objectives.
