What you need:

- Experience in

Technical Presales, Solution Consulting, or Cloud Solution Architecture

, with the ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Good experience with

GCP, AWS, or Azure

, including cloud architecture, infrastructure modernization, and migration;

GCP experience is strongly preferred

.

- Experience working with a

Managed Services Provider (MSP) or large-scale enterprise environment

, with an understanding of SLA-driven service delivery and operational best practices.

- Experience preparing

SOWs, technical proposals, estimations, solution designs, and customer presentations in partnership with Sales and Engineering teams.

- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and automation technologies

, with exposure to modern cloud-native architectures.

- Excellent customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills

, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.

What you would do:





- Partner with

Sales, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored cloud and managed services solutions.

- Lead technical discovery and customer conversations, acting as a trusted advisor before, during, and after implementation

.

- Develop and contribute to technical proposals, SOWs, estimations, architecture designs, and presentations to support successful customer engagements.

- Design and propose scalable cloud solutions and migration strategies

, leveraging GCP and other relevant cloud technologies based on customer needs.

- Support the transition from implementation to ongoing managed services

, with awareness of SLAs, incident management, RCA, and long-term operational stability.

- Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts

, while continuously bringing market knowledge and cutting-edge cloud solutions to customer engagements.
