The Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and suppliers to support and manage the full lifecycle for the requisition process including requisition intake, shortlisting, Supplier sourcing management, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense, offboarding and reporting. The Program Coordinator acts as a talent advisor and strategic business partner to support our clients and ensure requisition fulfillment for quality talent in a timely manner. Assisting client managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including: requisition intake, sourcing, candidate shortlisting and interviewing




Document requirement intake conversations in appropriate database (VMS etc.)
Facilitation of on-boarding and off-boarding of contractors
Maintain the VMS (vendor management system) with strong attention to details of staffing, hiring and on boarding process of the contingent workforce. This will include updating the system with rate changes, processing contract extensions, processing releases/terminations and updating other data as necessary.
Provide strong professional management of the contingent workforce to include, but not limited to, interviewing, screening, selection/deselection, orientation, supervision, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions up to and including releases/terminations based on client guidelines.
Coach, manage and oversee performance of participating staffing suppliers
Conduct supplier scorecard reviews, including performance discussions, metric adherence and
