Business Development:

Achieve annual and quarterly revenue and profitability targets.n
Generate current business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.n
Build a robust sales pipeline across target industries.n
Identify large outsourcing prospects for Housekeeping, Security, Technical Services, Payroll, Landscaping, and Total IFM solutions.n
Develop key account strategies for enterprise customers.n

nClient Acquisition:
n
n
Engage CXOs, CHROs, Facility Heads, Procurement Heads, and Administration leaders.n
Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and solution presentations.n
Understand client pain points and design customized IFM solutions.n
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close contracts.n

nTender & Proposal Management:
n
n
Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions.n
Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams for technical and commercial proposals.n
Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining target margins.n





nRelationship Management:
n
n
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers.n
Ensure smooth transition of newly won projects to operations.n
Drive customer satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.n

nMarket Intelligence:
n
n
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.n
Identify emerging opportunities in healthcare, education, manufacturing, commercial, and corporate sectors.n
Represent the organization at industry forums and networking events.n

nTeam Leadership:

Mentor and coach Business Development Managers and Sales Executives.n
Conduct weekly pipeline reviews.n
Drive a high-performance sales culture with accountability and discipline.n
