Drive primary, secondary, and tertiary sales targets for the regionn
Appoint and manage super dealers and sub-dealers to strengthen distributionn
Ensure complete manpower deployment and team productivity across the regionn
Monitor and improve sales team efficiency and field productivityn
Ensure accurate reporting and data submission through SFA systemsn
Convert high-potential sub-dealers into super dealersn
Manage doctor, physiotherapist, hospital, and retail influencer engagementn
Optimize secondary-to-primary sales ratio with channel partnersn
Categorize and expand orthopedic-focused chemist networkn
Drive hospital business, tenders, and institutional salesn
Lead current product launches and category expansion initiativesn

Design and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business goalsn




Identify and develop recent market opportunities and expansion areasn
Build and nurture a high-performance sales culturen
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ sales specialistsn
Drive sales capability development and training initiativesn
Ensure consistent revenue growth through planning and forecastingn

nEligibility Criteria
nEducation:

Graduation: B.Sc. / B.Pharma / D.Pharman
Post-Graduation: MBA (Preferred)n

nExperience:

12–20 years of total experiencen
Minimum 50% experience in relevant industries:n
Medical Devicesn
Consumer Healthcaren
OTC / Pharman
Must have handled annual business of ₹5 Cr+n
