Role OverviewnThe Resident Associate Dentist is a purely clinical role responsible for delivering comprehensive general dental care — diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of procedures within BDS scope of practice. You will manage your own chair independently, handle a full daily patient load, and work alongside in-house MDS specialists across 8 specialty departments for complex case referrals.

Key Responsibilitiesn

Conduct dental examinations, interpret diagnostic tests and radiographs, and prepare accurate treatment plansn
Perform restorative treatments, extractions, scaling and prophylaxis, basic endodontic procedures (within competency), and preventive caren
Present treatment plans clearly to patients, explain options at different price points, and counsel on oral hygiene and preventive caren
Identify cases requiring specialist care and refer to in-house MDS specialists with a proper clinical handoffn
Complete all clinical documentation, consent forms, and treatme
