- Analyze requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.

- Perform manual testing including Functional, Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Integration, System, E2E, Exploratory, and UAT testing.

- Perform REST API testing using Postman/Swagger and validate requests, responses, status codes, authentication, and error handling.

- Perform database testing using SQL and validate data using PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQLite.

- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using Jira/GitHub/Azure DevOps.

- Perform integration and end-to-end testing across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and external services.

- Support release testing, regression testing, deployment validation, and production issue investigation.

- Develop basic automation tests using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, PyTest,



or Postman/Newman.

- Perform basic performance and security testing, including authentication, authorization, RBAC, and API/page performance.

- Work with Developers, Product Managers, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams in an Agile/Scrum setting
