Role Description The Software Engineering Manager will lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality AI-driven and cloud-based solutions aligned with client and product requirements. This full time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves overseeing end-to-end project execution, from technical planning and architecture reviews to code quality, performance optimization, and release management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Software Design, including experience with modern programming languages, architectures,



and design patterns.
- Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring, performance management, and building inclusive, collaborative engineering teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management experience, including planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery within agile or similar methodologies.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Distributed Systems, including scalable microservices, cloud-native architectures, and high-availability solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with AI/ML, data platforms, or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical decisions with business goals.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
