Professional & Technical Skills:

- Well versed in handling Advantages Module like Plan configurations, Life Event configurations
- Experience on Open Enrollment processes, Year End Processes, ACA Processes etc
- Have experience on working on extracts, inbound and outbound interfaces with vendors
- Experience working in support projects - troubleshooting and resolving application issues
