A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications while staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application development.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Experience with integration of Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems.
- Familiarity with data migration processes and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
