Required Skills

- Experience in effort Estimation
- Able to design solutions and guide the junior developers
- Establish quality process for the development team including best practices implementation, peer review checklists
- Hands on experience on BPMS implementations - process design, form design, rules, SAIL, CDTs
- Understanding of BPMN, XML, XSD
- Knowledge of RDBMS and basic SQL (DDL DML)
- Experience in Integration in Appian is needed
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform is a plus
- Experience in Unit Testing, System Integration Testing.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall development methodology

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering or related field

2-10 years of work experience with atleast 2 years and above relevant experience on Appian/IBM BPM/Pega/JBPM development.
