Java Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring, SQL, concurrency, and high-performance systems . The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms and experience building reliable, scalable, and performance-oriented applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring .
- Develop and optimize applications for high availability and low latency .
- Work with multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and parallel processing .
- Develop efficient and optimized solutions using SQL and relational databases .
- Identify system bottlenecks and contribute to application performance optimization.
- Perform profiling, benchmarking, and performance tuning in distributed environments.
- Apply strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms to develop efficient solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and performance-related issues.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience




- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java development .
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot .
- Valuable proficiency in SQL and relational databases .
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms .
- Good understanding of Multithreading and Concurrency .
- Experience developing high-availability and low-latency applications .
- Understanding of performance tuning, profiling, and benchmarking .
- Exposure to distributed systems and performance-sensitive applications .
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL .
- Experience working on high-throughput, real-time, or performance-sensitive applications .
- Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization techniques.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
