nThis role is ideal for a quality-focused program manager who can execute quality assurance initiatives for digital publishing campaigns in a rapid-paced workplace.
nYou will manage straightforward QA projects within established programs, conduct quality audits, track performance metrics, maintain process documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. You will also identify quality issues, support root cause analysis,



improve operational procedures, and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Manage straightforward quality assurance projects supporting existing programs and established lines of businessn
Execute quality audits and sampling processes in accordance with defined frameworks and quality standardsn
Track and report key quality metrics, including Internal QA Score, External QA Score, and QC Sampling Raten
Define and monitor appropriate measures of success for assigned quality projectsn
Collaborate with peers and cross-functional partners to ensure quality alignment and manage project dependenciesn
Support quality assurance activities throughout the digital publishing lifecycle, from asset creation to campaign deployment and post-launch reviewn
Review digital assets, technical configurations, and campaign outputs for accuracy, compliance, and readiness
