We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Branch Head to lead our Lucknow branch and take complete ownership of its business growth, admissions, revenue, operations, team performance, and student experience.

Job Summary
The Branch Head will be responsible for managing the branch as a complete business unit. The role requires solid leadership, sales and admissions expertise, team management capabilities, operational discipline, and the ability to consistently achieve business targets.
The ideal candidate should be a strong people leader who can build a high-performing team,



drive admissions and revenue, develop local market opportunities, and ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.

Key Responsibilities Branch Leadership & Business Growth
- Take complete ownership of the Lucknow branch's overall performance and growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission and revenue targets.
- Drive business development, local market penetration, and brand visibility.
- Identify new opportunities for student acquisition, partnerships, referrals, and institutional tie-ups.
- Monitor branch performance against business goals and take corrective actions where required.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Sales & Admissions
- Lead the branch's admissions and counseling operations.
- Drive lead conversion, counseling performance, admission numbers, and revenue generation.
