About the role

- We’re looking for a motivated Software Engineering Intern to join us in building our company’s HR platform from the ground up.
- You’ll work on a real product used to manage HR workflows and internal operations. This is not a training-only internship, you’ll get hands-on experience contributing to the actual product, working with modern technologies and collaborating directly with the team.
- The platform is being built using Next.js / React on the frontend and Python on the backend .

What you'll work on Depending on your skills and interests, you may work on:
1. Building and improving React / Next.js interfaces
2. Developing backend APIs and services in Python
3. Integrating frontend and backend systems
4. Building HR-related workflows and dashboards
5. Working with databases and REST APIs
6. Authentication, authorization and user management
7. Writing reusable, maintainable code
8. Fixing bugs and improving existing features
9. Testing and debugging
10. Using Git/GitHub and participating in code reviews
11. Helping us make product and technical decisions

You’ll have the opportunity to work on features from idea → implementation → deployment.

Who we're looking for

This internship is a good fit if you:
- Are a student, recent graduate, or self-taught developer
- Have some experience with React or JavaScript
- Have basic knowledge of Python
- Understand programming fundamentals
- Know how to use Git/GitHub
- Can work independently in a remote environment
- Are comfortable asking questions and taking ownership
- Want to build something real rather than just complete tutorial projects

Prior professional experience is not required.
