About the Role

As a Software Engineer - Full Stack, you will be an integral part of a dynamic software development team. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining enterprise-grade software systems utilizing multiple technologies. This role encompasses working on both back-end and front-end aspects of systems, requiring you to write clean, functional code, and diligently test and resolve bugs.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret written technical specification documents.

- Discuss project scope with the Team Leader.

- Understand technical requirements thoroughly.

- Evaluate the impact of new development or changes on existing systems.

- Understand detailed documentation.

- Perform coding according to written technical specifications.

- Write code and conduct self-level code reviews.

- Conduct Unit Testing to ensure code quality.

- Maintain the code repository.

- Perform maintenance programming and correct identified defects.

- Efficiently check and resolve all reported defects.

- Assign cases to the testing team and provide updates to users/AMT.

- Perform coding in adherence to application security standards and ISG-defined coding standards.

- Obtain sign-off on all identified points by ISG during code reviews.

- Share project knowledge with ISG for clarifications.

- Ensure all security measures are strictly followed.

Educational Qualifications

- BE / BTech / BSc. (All Streams) / BCA / MCA

- Other Graduates with NIIT / Tech. Institute certifications

Technical Proficiency





- Solid knowledge of Microsoft / Open Source Technologies (web and windows).

- Proficient in C# / VB.NET / JAVA / Xamarin form / ASP.NET / .Net Core / Python / C++ / Ruby / Angular / React / Power platform with knowledge of their ecosystems.

- Familiarity with 3-tier/n-tier architecture.

- Efficient in SQL server / Oracle / Postgre SQL / MongoDB.

- Advanced skills in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Ajax, and jQuery.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.

- Ability to write reusable libraries.

- Experience in the implementation of Test-Driven Development, Unit Testing, and Web Services.

Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of experience.

- Exposure to banking is preferable.

- For candidates with 4-10 Yrs of Experience, additional requirements include:

- Strong hands-on experience as a Web and Mobile front-end expert with exposure to full-stack development (React JS/ReactNative/Flutter).

- Strong systems design experience with Data Structures (DS)/ Algorithms (Algo).

- Proven experience with ReactJS, React native, or Flutter.

- Thorough understanding of Design Patterns and CLEAN Architecture.

- Led at least one large-scale project to delivery.

- Good understanding of integration patterns.

- Experience with Notification, Async communication, websocket, and chatbot implementation.

- Understanding of microservices (Springboots, NodeJS).

- Cloud experience with AWS/ GCP/ Azure (certifications preferred).

- Experience with Google Firebase, Adobe analytics.

- Strong creativity for building intuitive and responsive UX.
