Driveincident and problem managementend-to-end: triage, coordination, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention of recurrence.
Delivermaintenance and enhancementsacross the application lifecycle (bug fixes, minor improvements, refactoring), aligned with business priorities.
Partner with application owners, business users, and IT teams toclarify requirements, propose pragmatic solutions, and improve user experience and process efficiency.
Supportrelease and deployment activities(planning, execution, validation, and rollback readiness)
and ensure changes are traceable and controlled.
Maintain appropriatetechnical documentation(runbooks, configuration notes, known issues, release notes) to enable supportability and continuity.
Ensure data integrity and system security; adhere to Syensqo IT policies and standards, with a focus on Cybersecurity compliance.
Take on additional applications and responsibilities as the portfolio evolves, contributing to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
